Something's Not Quite Right About This Immortal

[Classic fantasy] [No System] [Ensemble cast] [Invincible]

Xie Linglong is a little confused. A fortune-telling old Taoist swore he’d have a stroke of incredible luck if he went out, so he believed him and happily headed out.

But can someone explain why this stroke of incredible luck was a semitrailer truck?

And that’s not all. How did he end up transmigrating into a willow tree in front of someone else’s grave?

[Serious Synopsis]

Xie Linglong arrives by accident and becomes the Azure Emperor, one of the Four Sovereigns, as a willow tree in front of a grave.

In this world, the secular nations use people as ingredients for pills and medicines. Hidden Immortals roam the mortal world for amusement. The higher realm schemes and plots, while alien species from beyond the world lie in wait.

But this world has no immortals, gods, Buddhas, demons, or devils. The Heavenly Court and the Underworld have no leaders, and the palaces of the Four Sovereigns lie in ruin.

It is as if all these beings vanished in an instant,

leaving behind only traces of their existence and countless mysteries,

as well as one enormous problem for Xie Linglong.

When everything unfolds, he realizes that he is the tallest one standing beneath the collapsing sky.

But so what?

Beneath the Green Willow Staff, demons bow their heads. Above the Six Realms, I alone reign supreme.

When he looks back,

there is nothing more than a staff, a dog, a bird, and an immortal.
