Carnegie's views are really inspiring and make me understand that I need to respect my children's feelings, which is of great help to me in educating my children. Praise is more powerful than accusation, the sun is warmer than the wind, smile, remember everyone's name carefully, do not argue with people face to face, be a good listener, talk about topics that are relevant or interesting to others, and let others say YES
