Female lead disguised as a man, no romantic pairing, strong female lead, women supporting women
Before she became Yan Anhe, Yan Anyu had three ambitions: find a good husband, have a son and a daughter, and live quietly as a wife.
But fate had other plans. The Yan family members were either dead or disabled, and she had no choice but to take on the identity of Yan Anhe and run the entire teahouse as a man.
Then she met Shen Qiongzhi, and it was like seeing her former self.
She knew that if she didn't help her, Shen Qiongzhi would end up in an even worse situation than her own.
Five years, through spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
Two women held up half the sky in Nanjing, the city of scholars.
But the clouds above grew too thick, and the wind over the Qinhuai River blew for too long. The sunshine only ever came briefly.
On the day Shen Qiongzhi passed the imperial examinations, she remembered the young girl who had once looked at her and said:
“Big sister, from now on, I'll protect you.”
People say that merchant women don't care about the fate of their country.
But has this country ever made room for merchant women?

Every character feels like a protagonist. The character of Yan Anyu is very well-developed. I feel that the plot will be very sad. If it is so smooth at the beginning, the author will not do something sad later, right?
