Memories of the Peach Garden: Journeying Together Through Mountains and Seas

Born a god, one receives the gifts of heaven and earth, but must inevitably pay a price for them.

Among a thousand peach blossoms, I see one; among ten thousand people, I find one.

You are a god, and I am an immortal; I dwell on earth, while you reside in heaven.

Though heaven and earth lie far apart, gods and immortals will remain together for countless years.

Who knew that one day the flames of war would come, tearing two mandarin ducks apart?

I searched heaven and hell, but could not find you. You must still be somewhere beneath these skies.

I only hope we’ll meet again one day, and that gods and ghosts will stay together for countless years.

I only hope we’ll meet again one day, and that gods and ghosts will stay together for countless years…

This is a story about loving and being loved, about great love and little love, about the greater self and the smaller self.
