The simplified Chinese version of "Nonviolent Communication" has been published by Huaxia Publishing House for more than ten years. It has sold millions of copies, helped a large number of readers, and was well received. As more and more people learn and use nonviolent communication, we sincerely launch a Chinese-English version, which follows the newly revised content and style of the original English version and directly conveys Dr. Marshall's words for the benefit of readers. Dr. Marshall Luxemburg (1934-2015) received the Bridge for Peace Award from the Global Village Foundation in 2006 for his outstanding achievements in promoting harmonious coexistence of mankind.
Dr. Luxemburg studied under the psychology master Carl Rogers in his early years. Later, he developed the extremely inspiring and influential principles and methods of non-violent communication, which not only taught people how to make their personal lives more harmonious and beautiful, but also solved many conflicts and disputes around the world. Nonviolent communication is listed by UNESCO as one of the global nonviolent conflict resolution practices in both formal and informal education.

I particularly enjoyed the sections in the book on how to express feelings and needs, and how to resolve conflicts through listening and understanding. Of course, I also have my annoying characters, like those who always like to point fingers and criticize others. However, this book taught me how to deal with these people and how to express my opinions without hurting others. Overall, I feel this is a very valuable book and recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their communication skills!
This book is great! I accidentally discovered this book after having a conflict with others. The content is very reasonable and has almost refreshed all my past knowledge on interpersonal communication, giving me a clearer understanding of things.
Words that touch the deepest part of your soul
Let me know I made the right choice
Very practical. There are many skills that require careful consideration and long-term practice. He is the king of communication.
