Transmigrating to Ancient Times to Raise Pokemon

Ye Xin used to be a corporate wage slave in his previous life before he transmigrated back to the Tang Dynasty. He thought he would be living the simple life of a farmer, growing crops and raising a family. But who could have guessed that monsters would invade the Tang Dynasty?! Looking closer, what the hell, isn’t this Pokemon? What are these monsters supposed to be? A green bug monster? That’s a Caterpie! A long-necked bird of prey? That’s just Fearow! A grass spirit? It’s only Oddish! A garlic tortoise? Bulbasaur!!!! After encountering his first Pokemon, a Larvesta, deep in the mountains, Ye Xin begins his journey toward peaceful coexistence between humans and Pokemon and raising Pokemon of his own.

This is my first System novel. The golden finger is pretty powerful, and the setting is fictional, including the dynasty! It’s definitely inspired by the Tang Dynasty, and many place names are based on real ones. I’m a novice at history and am doing my best to learn, so criticism and advice are welcome.
