Far Beyond the Clouds and Wilderness

[Two Male Leads + Crime Solving + One-to-One Romance + Criminal Investigation + Plot-Driven] A doctor’s blood serum, taken after he was kidnapped and murdered seven years ago; the head of an informant who spent years undercover in a criminal organization; a deal between an overseas biopharmaceutical company and a criminal syndicate; the kidnapping of three young friends... The 510 case from seven years ago resurfaces with an anonymous envelope. One shocking incident after another rocks Nanzhou’s police force, forcing the two men to set aside their differences and fight side by side. The affection they were too young to understand finally finds words, under the pressure of brief years marked by separation and death. “When the flowers fall and the wine wears off, we’ll keep our promise: from black hair to white, we’ll never leave each other.” “The wind is rising all around. Can the banana leaves hear it? Chi Ye, I’ve come to meet you, even against the wind.” “Come and play along with me.” Time can flatten mountains, seas, and lakes, and one day the tears will stop. Unless the obsession from youth runs too deep. After the major case is solved, who will keep their promise of eternal devotion, and whose return will never come?
