Plot: The pace is relatively slow, with a sense of structured routine. But there are still detailed descriptions, not skipped, and the plot is relatively rich.
Character: Mu's character design is pretty good, and she is a bit charming. But Ling, the second heroine, in the whole story, apart from occupying a persona that I liked and dedicated to in the previous life, the other highlights of this character, personality, and effort in doing things are not very good, and the writing power is not enough. It feels like she just appears as Mu's partner.
For me, the biggest drawback is that Ling doesn't focus enough on the characters, and it feels like a derivative "accessory". But the good thing is that as a fantasy and immortality theme, the novel itself has a relatively rich storyline, the details are well described, and the length is medium to above, which can better display the story content of fantasy novels.
