Warrior's Spirit: The Rise of the Dragon Court

[This is a new author's first book, with plenty of rough spots and weak writing. Readers, proceed with caution.]

[Soul transmigration + another world + System + alternate history]

A timid, skinny shut-in who graduated years ago with a science degree, but throws his weight around in games, loses a game and heads downstairs for a bowl of noodles, only to be killed with a single knife. His soul transmigrates to the Continent of War Intent, where he awakens the General System. After experiencing the bloody wars of swords, spears, and blades firsthand, he rises from a weak private who couldn't hurt a fly to a legendary commander who leads armies into battle.

This is an alternate-history novel based primarily on the online game Conqueror's Blade. Some of the weapons, unit names, and appearances of the various generals are taken from the game, while others are original creations. Some character names, move names, and lines of dialogue will also match those in the game Naraka: Bladepoint, though the characters and storylines are different. This approach is necessary for the plot of this book, so I apologize to fans of Conqueror's Blade and Naraka: Bladepoint.
