My Idol's Career Is Over? Maybe I Should Keep a Handsome Man Instead

[One-on-One Romance] [Sweet and Affectionate] [Strong Leads] [Older Woman and Younger Man] [Love at First Sight]

[Older, gorgeous, sharp-tongued elite office worker * younger, scheming, green-tea, action-oriented two-faced college guy]

In front of her best friends, Li Yue is a champion braggart: “He stayed over at my place last night.” In reality, she's never even held hands with anyone. A lifelong single.

Shen Qinghan is Jiangqing University's aloof campus heartthrob, but he acts sweet and clingy in front of her: “Sis, could you walk me downstairs? I'm just a little bit afraid of the dark.”

He thinks she wants to keep him, but she only sees him as a cosplayer she hired for a monthly in-person gig.

She thinks he's a poor college student working his way through school, but she never realizes that she has always been his target.

“I've been kept. Three thousand a month.” Shen Qinghan casually drops a bombshell in the dorm.

“How much?! Did I miss a zero? You're a computer science genius who can win hundreds of thousands in prize money just by entering a competition, and you sold yourself for that price? That's nowhere near worthy of your title as Jiangqing's campus heartthrob!” Gu Yang says, beside himself with indignation.

“Even if it were three hundred, I'd still sell myself to her.”

“Hey, Shen Qinghan, off to cosplay for your big sis again today? Hahahahahaha!” Gu Yang laughs uncontrollably. “The big shot from Jiangqing University's computer science department goes into the gigolo business, only for his rich older benefactor to treat him like a clothes rack that can move. That would absolutely blow up the forums, hahahaha.”
