Simulation: Tireless Efforts to Save the World

[A word of caution: apocalyptic fiction]

Two and a half years ago, the sudden appearance of Tide Monsters threw the world into chaos.

At first, humanity could use weapons to hold off their attacks. But as more powerful Tide Monsters joined the battle, the tide gradually turned against humanity. With the arrival of these higher-level monsters, humans also began to develop the same kind of supernatural abilities.

In the end, humanity could only retreat into one stronghold after another. The higher-level Tide Monsters seemed to vanish from the world, leaving behind vast numbers of low-tier Tide Monsters.
