Bai Liqian, also known as Quan Ravenclaw, came from another world. He visited the Detective Conan timeline once at the age of five, and was forced to return to the world of Detective Conan at twenty.
To investigate a mysterious organization, he traveled all the way from Britain to America. Using potions disguised as drugs, he successfully attracted the organization's attention and joined its research division. Then, using the physical abilities enhanced by potions, he completed numerous assassination missions.
When the organization was destroyed:
Conan: "The organization is finished. You won't escape the law."
Rei Furuya: "I'm a Japanese public security officer."
Hiromitsu Morofushi: "So am I."
Curaçao: "I joined the organization Mr. Izumi belongs to."
Vermouth: "I joined Vaidurya's organization too."
Izumi: "Look into I.F.W.M.! Your Ran is in it too."
