[A note: Please don't give up on this because of the first few chapters. The plot may not seem that good if you read them on their own, so keep going and read them alongside what comes later.]
Everyone's emotions are like drops of water. When those drops come together, they form a stream. As the stream grows, it becomes a river. Once it becomes a river, it flows, and its flow reshapes the land.
This is what makes history.
Yet one night, Liu Kang, new to the working world, returned home in a daze, just as he always did.
He had long since resigned himself to the life he led. But when he heard a knock at the door, he had no idea that the meaning of his life and his dreams were about to be reborn...
But what of the meaning of these thousands of years?
In the end, he embarked on a journey to seek meaning and pursue it.
Across China's vast lands, amid the surging waters of the Yellow River, he helped those he wanted to help and saw what he wanted to see.
Dreams shine brilliantly like light, yet remain beyond the reach of his hands.
In the end, Liu Kang would never forget the song he played by the lake that night, a song blooming with meaning...
[We remember the facts of history, but forget its weight.]
My new work is here! You're welcome to read it on Tomato Novel. I hope you'll enjoy it. Your support motivates me to write, and I'll do my best to tell every story well!
The writing style is slightly lacking in the early stage, but you should work harder in the middle and later stages. Don't give up because of the previous content. 😘[top post] (If you are impatient, please start reading from Chapter 27 🤔)
