Synopsis

“Cangcheng is doomed. I’m leaving the Ark Project in your hands.”

“Where are you going, General?”

“To dig my own grave.”

…

“There’s no time. I’ll hold them off. Jingliu, go activate the warp device.”

“…Promise me you’ll come back, okay?”

“Mm. I’ll come back. There’s still so much left for us to do, so this won’t be goodbye forever.”

He left a kiss on the young girl’s forehead.

Then he turned and faced the vast enemy army.

[Honkai Impact 3rd] [Honkai: Star Rail] [Sweet Romance] [A Little Angst Doesn’t Count]

The story properly gets underway in Chapter 9, after they reach the Xianzhou.

The System is present, but it doesn’t take center stage.

Current heroine: Jingliu

Whether the story is brainless depends on the reader. If you grow a brain along the way, then that’s the end of the fun. Growing a brain is a good thing!

If you spot anything that doesn’t work, feel free to point it out directly. I’ll consider making changes.

But in general, I’ll do my best to avoid anything off-putting, so you can enjoy the whole roller-coaster ride without having to think too hard.

[I'm not great at writing blurbs, so please head straight to the story.]

P.S. The timeline isn’t a bug.
