Human beings have eight innate senses: sight (vision), sound (hearing), breath (smell), mouth (taste), somatosensory (touch), telepathy (spiritual sense), spiritual sense (soul sense), and heaven-human sense (life sense). The third is hidden after acquired birth, and ordinary people only have the first five senses. Therefore, later generations are divided into the acquired five senses and the innate three senses. Extraordinary people cannot understand the innate senses. The sense of body repairs the body, the sense of taste repairs the spleen, the sense of Qi repairs the lungs, the sense of sight repairs the kidneys, and the sense of sound repairs the liver. The major in body sense is martial arts, and the major in other four senses is Qi cultivation. The two complement each other and can be practiced together but not alone. When the cycle of the four senses is perfect and can penetrate the soul, the mind can be cultivated, and the mind can be directed upwards to the heaven. The full heaven can penetrate the spirit and open up the soul awareness. Later, you can clearly understand your body, feel the way of heaven, realize the unity of heaven and man, know the destiny, and know the destiny. This is the awareness of fate.
If the sixth sense is not opened, the body and Qi cannot break through the six realms; if the seventh sense is not opened, the eight realms cannot be broken. When the six realms of physical cultivation are perfected, Qi cannot circulate in the five internal organs and lead to the heavens, which cannot break through the seven realms. There is no limit to Qi Xiu's ability to cultivate the five internal organs, essence, energy, and spirit. He only requires talent, and his body slowly improves with his level.
