When You See That All Forms Are Formless

Cool, aloof glass artist and glamorous independent curator

For the past three months, whenever Li Tanhua offered incense, she would fall into a vision, and every time the dialogue was the same.

Today, however, something was different. The Bodhisattva plucked a willow leaf from the white porcelain vase and tossed it toward her.

The leaf landed in her palm and turned into a green snake, coiling around her arm.

The snake felt cool to the touch and did not frighten her. It wound obediently around her arm as Li Tanhua watched in confusion.

“Your destined encounter has arrived, and karma has begun to unfold. All appearances are illusory. Do not cling to the past.”

After that day, she met Wu Bu, the Willow Immortal who would slay demons and monsters for her and cut away the hardships of her life.

He understood her bloodied wounds and pride shattered across the ground, as well as the sorrow of watching her rise to fame only to end up in utter ruin.
