[Great Tang] [Regular updates] [No System]

Su Heng transmigrates to the Great Tang and becomes a down-on-his-luck nobleman. His family fortune has dwindled, forcing him to sell off the family estate just to make ends meet. Then he sees his little sister, hungry and waiting to be fed, and resolves to use the knowledge he gained in his previous life to earn more money than he could ever spend, giving the Su family a life free of worry over food and clothing.

From the start, he makes ice and gives it away to the aristocratic families on good terms with his own, restoring the friendships and affection that had gradually faded as the Su family fell on hard times. With help from the Cheng and Yuchi families, Su Heng makes ice cream and sells it to the princesses of the Great Tang, earning his first fortune. Just then, a salt shortage hits the Great Tang. Li Er is deeply worried, and the ministers are at their wits' end. Cheng Yaojin, Yuchi Gong, Li Chengqian, and others jointly recommend Su Heng to resolve the crisis. He lives up to their hopes, successfully produces salt, and is awarded the title of a Great Tang marquis... He travels alone to Tubo and Tuyuhun to trade, using the iron ingots he brings back to help the Great Tang forge new equipment and the raw materials to manufacture fertilizer. From then on, the Great Tang's national strength soars, and its swords are pointed at its enemies!
