This Little Monk Has Already Returned to Secular Life

[No mindless slaughter + mortal cultivation + no System + funny and lighthearted + high-IQ]

Once upon a time, there was a mountain.

On the mountain stood a temple.

In the temple lived a short-tempered old monk and a foolish young monk.

One day, the old monk said to the young monk, “You’re eighteen now. It’s time to take your vows.”

The young monk asked, “What vows?”

The old monk said, “Buddhism has eight precepts. First, do not kill.”

“No problem.”

“Second, do not steal.”

“No problem.”

“Third, do not engage in sexual misconduct.”

“Pass.”

“?”

“How about we make a deal and skip that one? I’ll follow seven precepts instead of eight. How’s that?”

“Get lost!”

We have nothing in common, so I’d better head down the mountain and find myself a wife.
