Lin Fei, who was mistaken for a mental patient, transmigrates to Blue Star, a parallel world. In reality, though, only a tiny handful of people get a weapon above three stars. But Lin Fei has a one-hundred-percent chance of getting a divine weapon. He even gets a ten-star divine weapon, stunning the entire world!
