Detective Conan: A Happy Ending

High school detective Shinichi Kudo is the son of a world-famous mystery novelist. After solving many difficult cases, he witnesses a mysterious man in black making a deal while out on a date with his childhood friend, Ran Mouri. To silence the witness, the man forces Shinichi to swallow poison. He barely survives, but his body turns into that of a child... If the Organization finds out Shinichi Kudo is still alive, everyone around him will be in danger. Taking the alias Conan Edogawa, he continues solving difficult cases. He does it all to uncover the truth behind the mysterious Organization and regain his life as Shinichi Kudo... There is no mystery in this world that can't be solved. The all-knowing great detective knows that there is always only one truth. A rookie author here, still learning a lot, so please feel free to point out anything I could improve. Thanks in advance. This story will mostly follow the original plot, so there isn't much that's innovative. I'm just giving it a try to see how it goes. If it doesn't work out, I'll start over; if it does, here's a little promise for the future: I'll bring in some original ideas. Trust me, I won't give up. I hope you'll support me (ｰ̀εｰ́) (Note: A happy ending means that, barring unforeseen circumstances, the entire main cast will have a happy life by the end!) Since the story mostly follows the original plot, the official couples won't be split up. I hope you understand. Also... the early chapters aren't very well written, so feel free to skip around.
