Ever since the day of the car accident, Mu Tianlan, Mu Tiankong's younger sister, has changed from a gentle, considerate girl into a shut-in who spends all day obsessing over the online game Alantiya, playing around the clock and even skipping school. It has become a constant source of worry for Tiankong.
But one day, he happens to catch a glimpse of his sister's battle record: Level 20 versus Level 98... She beat a Level 98 opponent using a Level 20 character!?
How could she overcome such a huge gap? Did she have some kind of legendary gear...?
"What gear could I possibly wear at Level 20? Obviously, it's beginner gear. You're so silly, Big Brother."
What a matter-of-fact answer, and somehow so convincing...
The most outrageous free-to-play player in history!
In an era of "damage inflation," where game updates keep introducing ever-stronger equipment, can she overcome every obstacle with beginner gear and make it to the top of the rankings?
