Flying Swallows, Once More

(A women-dominated-world story, with an intense, twisted love. I’m terrible at writing blurbs.) “A lone swallow cannot survive,” Qin Shuangyan often told her. Feiyan had never taken those words to heart, until one day the elite soldiers of the Yuelun Kingdom invaded. She and Shuangyan were captured and taken to the palace to serve as maids. They were women from Fenghua, a kingdom where women held power, yet they had been abducted to Yuelun and forced into servitude and humiliation. It drove Feiyan to the brink of despair, until she wanted to kill herself.

Was life as a palace maid really so easy? Whenever someone targeted her, they would soon meet a bizarre and gruesome death. Then one day… she discovered Shuangyan’s secret… She was furious. She was resentful. She wanted to run away! This terrifying love! She didn’t want it. She would rather never have discovered Shuangyan’s secret…
