A devoted, exclusive couple + sweet romance (a slow-blooming love)
Tang Wan was the youngest of five children, with four older brothers, so everyone called her “Little Fifth.” Her mother was the legitimate daughter of a prestigious family, and her father was gentle and refined. She spent fifteen happy years at home before an imperial decree selected her to enter the Eastern Palace as the Crown Princess. The noble families of Yongjing were envious, all remarking on how lucky the Tang family’s daughter was…
On their wedding night, a jade ruyi lifted her veil. Before her was a handsome face as bright as the moon. This was her husband, Chu Chen, the Crown Prince of the realm.
Like any young bride, she lowered her eyes shyly. But Chu Chen merely glanced at her, his expression unchanged. The night should have been spent together beneath warm red curtains, yet she was left alone in her bridal chamber, with no one to whom she could confide her sorrow…
There was another consort in the Eastern Palace. The Crown Prince forbade anyone from entering her chambers. All Tang Wan had heard was that she was his confidante, and that they had grown up together as childhood sweethearts.
Tang Wan did her utmost to maintain her reputation as a virtuous wife. Not listening, not asking, not interfering, not caring: it was the only way she could survive within the palace walls…
Very beautiful and highly recommended
It's not bad. This extra episode is a little too rushed. I'll write a few more. I haven't seen enough yet.
Looks good. Looks good. Let's go and see it.
Although the side story is a bit short, the main text is not ambiguous at all. I think five stars is just right. It's just for reading the main story. It doesn't matter if the extras are short.
Both the male and female protagonists are very smart, but the extra story is a little too fast.
Good looking, worth recommending
