When the Ocean Was Polluted, All of Humanity Began to Mutate

On September 27, 2055, R Country disregarded the vehement objections of nations around the world and forcibly dumped nuclear wastewater into the ocean. From that day onward, all of humanity was plunged into a terrifying apocalypse.

Various radioactive elements and heavy metals in the wastewater combined with trace substances in nature, creating viruses never before seen by humankind. Marine life died and mutated on a massive scale.

Typhoons, tsunamis, and other disasters made coastal cities the first victims. After coming into contact with the water, humans began to mutate as well. The infection spread from water to people, then from person to person, and eventually even exposure to the air caused mutation.

The virus spread as swiftly as willow fluff in the wind, leaving no chance to guard against it. Before the research institutes could reach any conclusions, they too fell victim.

Some people grew seven or eight fingers on one hand; others sprouted an extra arm, a leg, or even more. Some grew an extra mouth on their faces.

Three arms, four legs, eight eyes, three mouths, limbs that could stretch and retract at will, mouths grinning from ear to ear with teeth sharp as barbs, earlobes ten centimeters long, hair growing half a meter in a minute, eyes bulging out of their sockets...

The atmosphere was severely damaged, the global climate warmed rapidly, glaciers melted, and heavy acid rain began to fall.

Humanity was on the brink of destruction.

“A story of love for country and family, national hatred and family vengeance. Destroy dog R Country. The whole nation must unite to overcome this crisis. This is not an ordinary apocalypse novel. The heroine is kind, strong, and brave, so don't go calling her a saint.”
