The story takes place in 2069, when corporate colonialism is taking hold. Our protagonist Miller has just finished his studies in the Eastern Capital of Neon Kingdom, but was unable to get a job because he was a poor man. He returned to his hometown of Suzhou and Hangzhou in the East, where he began a revolution that overturned the world and the political power.
