I Can Spend Sanity Points

[Sequence] [Superpowers] [Passionate battles] [No System] [One female lead]

A shooting star streaked across the sky. The gods descended and claimed half the world as their divine domain.

The other half suffered under the cruelty of the gods' envoys.

The surviving humans received energy from the gods, awakened Superpowers, and fought back against their tyranny.

Yet the path of resistance, though seemingly laid out before them, was full of unanswered questions.

Why didn't the gods simply destroy the world?

How could humans awaken Superpowers using the gods' energy?

What exactly did those lofty gods intend to do with this world?

Whatever the answers, the free will in humanity's blood would never allow outsiders to rule their world at will.
