I don't know why, but I felt so sad. When I first read it, I thought it was a novel by He. The more I read, the more uncomfortable I became. I cried more than 10 times. Alas! When I was watching it, I really disliked Fang Jingzhi, but in the end I realized that it would have ended like this even without Fang Jingzhi as the male and female protagonist. It felt like a pity but it also felt like the ending was already doomed. To be honest, when I watched the first part, I really thought Song Jieming was using Lin Yue as a shield because he liked Su Yuening. I always felt that Lin Yue was a bit annoying, but she is very good. Anyway, I read it as a sadistic novel later on.

Reading the world under the author's pen is always immersive. Those subtle descriptions of characters' emotions and those depictions of daily life played in my mind like a TV series, and also brought back old events in my memory. The author's narrative is clear, logical, and his writing style is very good. Didi didi, must update~💕
