Restarting: My Years as a Tool Person

People in the underworld call Shi Yan “Yan’er.”

It’s all because of her extraordinary eyes, which can see things ordinary people can’t, such as spirits.

That makes her perfect for summoning gods and driving out ghosts, but Shi Yan does much more than that. She dabbles in every walk of life, as her ancestors would put it: “She knows a little about everything, and does all of it badly.”

Still, she has a big dream. The island marked in red on the map on her wall is where she hopes to settle down.

But buying an island takes money, and money is exactly what she lacks.

An opportunity to make some money soon comes along. Second Master Wu offers her a lucrative deal with an astonishing reward, so she immediately agrees and sets off.

Will she live or die on this trip, and who will she meet?

Dear readers, lend me your ears, and I’ll tell you all about it…
