It's a very good novel, but I have some small suggestions. Of course, this is my personal opinion. If you don't like it, don't criticize it. In fact, I think this kind of post-apocalyptic business novels should describe more of the surprise and shock of customers knowing about or staying at this B&B in the apocalyptic situation. Otherwise, every stay will feel as bland as before the apocalypse. Those kind of post-apocalyptic management articles are boring.
