The Joys of Being a Rich Family's Stepdad

1v1, bottom's POV, sweet romance, marriage before love, saving the world

Yu has been having a hard time. He only took a nap, so why had the whole world changed when he woke up?

Born from chaos, Yu is a dream demon. To put it simply, he's a thinking, conscious mass of "air." With nothing to do, his otherwise dull life has only two little pleasures: eating and drinking in all kinds of dreams, or taking the form of different creatures to experience the colorful variety of life.

Then the twenty-first century arrived, bringing Yu yet another age of spiritual decline: his main food source, human dreams, had started to taste awful.

With plenty of experience, he decisively chose a place with good feng shui and fell asleep again, expecting to wake naturally once the food quality improved.

But this time was different. No one woke him in time, and he was roused by a stench instead, because living beings' dreams had started rotting away in huge chunks! Starving, Yu had no choice but to take responsibility for purifying them.

Just as Yu was worrying about how to fit into a civilization that had entered the interstellar age, a human (crossed out) beastman, barely clinging to life, stumbled into his territory. The two eventually signed an exchange contract.

Taking on the man's identity, Yu changed his appearance to match and became the marriage partner of a giant panda beastman general, who also had a son.

And so Yu, full of curiosity about this brand-new world, began a joyful journey of saving the world, raising a child, and falling in love along the way.
