The Observer

There are no police or government here, and day and night mean nothing. In a lawless land called Kansas, dark currents are stirring. The Observer, the most powerful authority among bounty hunters, has always enjoyed a peaceful life in the city. But a series of attacks suddenly shatters that calm. A mysterious organization calling itself the Creed is on the move, setting its sights on the Observer and his team. After repeated clashes in the open and in the shadows, they bare their claws, tightening their grip on an even greater crisis and conspiracy lurking beneath the city lights.

The mysteries of identity, ambitions of revenge, and an endless struggle for the power of the Factors will make the stories unfolding in this city all the more gripping. The experiment that stopped decades ago is quietly starting up again, and the secrets sealed away in the darkness are bound to come crashing down in time.

The bloodstained cleaver has been sharpened, and flames exuding an eerie aura are slowly rising. Between Order and Creed, who will ultimately rule the world's fate?
