I was once a young maiden in the service of the Bodhisattva. After reincarnating to undergo tribulations, I have now returned to the South Sea.
But my wish remains unfulfilled. I can only beg the Bodhisattva for mercy.
“Life and death are ordained. You must not speak such nonsense,” the King of Hell said harshly.
“King of Hell, do me this one favor and let her have her way.”
Only after settling one’s affairs in the mortal world can one enter the Buddha’s path in peace.
“Mercy…”
I died unjustly, but I have no desire for revenge. I only want to meet the people who gave birth to me. I owe them for raising me.
It’s rather funny: the King of Hell even sent a little ghost to keep an eye on me.
His name is A Yuan.
“The King of Hell really thinks far too highly of me.”
“My lord is afraid you’ll take revenge recklessly and disrupt your own fate. He wouldn’t know how to explain it to the Bodhisattva.”
Revenge?
You think the Eighteen Levels of Hell are a joke? Why would I stain my path to reincarnation?
