Blade Shadows Sweep Across a Thousand Mountains

During the reign of Emperor Renzong of the Great Song, Ouyang Chun, the Northern Hero, entered the Buddhist clergy and left behind a treasured saber that nearly fell into the hands of the Hu people. Du Baichuan, a young man from Tuancheng, comes across the saber by chance and gets caught up in trouble, igniting a conflict among the Five Clans, Thirteen Sects, and Eighty-One Schools. For the sake of their martial arts school, Baichuan and his senior sister Mu Fengqing decide to descend the mountain and put an end to the conflict. Meanwhile, a struggle between Song, Jin, and Liao, involving the imperial court, the martial world, the Demon Cult, and rebel forces, gradually begins to unfold.
