After they spent a tender night together, Qiao Shuyi was asked for a divorce.
He Jingmo said, “Yesterday, Qingyuan told me that she still can't let me go.”
Her older sister, Qiao Qingyuan, was his past.
Before leaving the He residence, he said, “Chengyi should be coming back, right? I hope you and Chengyi will be happy.”
Her former fiancé, Ji Chengyi, had died on the battlefield five years ago. Three years ago, Qiao Qingyuan had abandoned He Jingmo after he lost his sight in an accident.
The man she had loved for two years asked for a divorce, then wished her happiness with someone who was dead.
But Ji Chengyi really did come back alive.
He said, “I crossed countless mountains to come back and marry the woman I love.”
Didn't turn around, give it a thumbs up! If you like the heroine's character, let go when it's time to let go. The best time has come.
