A languid, sharp, and restrained prince of an enemy nation × a strong female general trapped in dire straits
To distinguish the two nations, Chu takes inspiration from the Song dynasty, while Qi takes inspiration from the Ming dynasty.
Shen Po survives a secret massacre and encounters a prince of the enemy army who knows some of the truth.
Xie Yun seems to want to help Shen Po, but privately he is also pursuing his own plans.
Luckily, by a twist of fate, they both need to deal with the same group of people.
Together, they overcome the obstacles in their way and ultimately achieve success.
