This book is a classic work on psychology, containing a total of four works. Among them, "Beyond the Pleasure Principle" proposed for the first time that people have a "death instinct" and a "life instinct", and regarded the struggle between the two forces as the determiner of the entire life movement. "Group Psychology and the Analysis of the Self" discusses the theory that "the essence of a group lies in its own libidinal connections." "Self and Id" talks about the process of consciousness, preconsciousness, and subconsciousness, as well as the differentiation of the ego from the id and the superego from the ego. "Suppression, Symptoms and Anxiety" puts forward the theory of the relationship between depression, anxiety and psychological defense mechanisms. This book concisely expresses the theoretical points and essence of psychoanalysis, and has certain reference value for readers to understand psychology.

This book gave me a deeper understanding of my inner world! Freud's analysis of human nature is really thorough. He said that the self is social and the id is instinctive. I totally agree with this! The book also mentions that in reality and illusion, we can lose ourselves, which is really thought-provoking. I particularly liked the part about group psychology in the book. It was really interesting and made me understand why people become blind in groups. All in all, this is a book worth reading again and again!
[Laughing] Leave my footprints as I pass by! [Laughing and crying] I can't listen to books yet!
God's work continues to live. . . Amazing. Shocking. . I can't calm down for a long time [send my heart] [send my heart] [send my heart] [send my heart]
Well, it's an interesting book and worth recommending. Read the voice slowly and analyze it slowly. If you can understand more than 70%, it is pretty good.
