"The Call of the Wild" tells the story of a domestic dog named "Buck" who is forced to become a wild wolf. Buck is a pampered pet dog in Judge Miller's home, living a carefree life. Because of a mistrust of a cunning gardener, he was trafficked to the wild and cold north. Faced with human sticks and a cruel living environment, the wolf's wild nature gradually recovered in him. It managed to overcome all unimaginable difficulties and survive in extremely dangerous situations. Eventually Buck returned to the forest and became the leader of the wolf pack.

This book is so wonderful! The author Jack London wrote Buck's story very vividly, and it felt like I was right next to him, experiencing those adventures together. Buck's transformation from a pet dog to the leader of the pack is truly admirable. I especially like the plot of it surviving in the primeval forest, it's so exciting! And this book made me understand the world of dogs better. They also have their own emotions and thoughts. Jack London is really great at writing such fascinating stories!
