Does Tomato Have Any Philosophy Books?
I have become more interested in philosophy recently. Are there any high-quality introductory books on philosophy? : D

Foreign Masterpieces, Preferably Classical and Romantic Ones!
I want to read a book similar to "A Tale of Two Cities (Classic World Masterpiece)".

I have read two versions. This version will mark allusions, such as characters in Shakespeare's plays, to make it easier to understand the plot. It seems that Western classics like to quote Greek mythology. When it comes to beautiful boys, Adonis, Narcissus, the God of Beauty, the God of Love, the Sun God and the Moon God often appear. My biggest feeling after reading it is that Dorian deserves it, and I just feel sorry for Sybil's family.
But a random touch of color in a room or in the morning air, a special perfume that you once loved and that brings you subtle memories, a line of poetry that you have forgotten and now encounter again, a rhythm of a piece of music that you no longer play... I tell you, Dorian, our lives are based on these.
Stunning piece of work. The translation of this book is excellent, and many places are even marked, making it easy to read. Everyone has elements of good and evil in their nature. Before that June meeting Henry, young Dorian Gray was just an innocent boy who had lost his parents and was disciplined by his strict grandfather. It was Henry who led him astray. After reading this story, I actually felt a little sad. Lord Henry is the devil. Would Dorian have another ending if he hadn't met Henry?
I can't write a long book review, but as a classic, it is relatively readable. Since youth leads to the depravity of a young man, Dorian had several opportunities to stop, but he eventually reached a point of no return. Speaking of which, Lord Henry is the one with the most complex senses in the whole book. It is he who seduces Dorian and leads him to the path of pleasure. In fact, he is the culprit who leads people to evil, but he can accept Dorian from beginning to end, which is quite strange.
Sin is often accompanied by the temptation of flowers, and kindness is often the boring side.
The plot of this book is so exciting! The author Wilde is so talented. He depicts Dorian Gray's contradictions and inner struggles very delicately. The discussion about youth and beauty in the story is also very in-depth and made me think deeply. I think this is not only a novel, but also a reflection on human nature. Recommended!
I really liked some of the ideas in the book and got to know Oscar Wilde again. Too much and too little thinking are harmful, purely from a life perspective
Seeing the end, the only feeling is. While Henry praises youth and Dorian possesses youth, Dorian will despise youth. No matter how much further one person has traveled than another, or how much wiser one person is than another, everyone has their own issues that they cannot escape, which are always issues given by life. My favorite character in the article is Henry, and the most pitiful one is Basil. Dorian is a seduced one. His nature is seduced and he takes a path of no return.
A very interesting book. Dorian and Henry actually have a double self, just like the relationship between Faust and Mephistopheles. The content is relatively short and the meaning is not fully understood.
Comparing several versions of translation, I like this version the most. It is concise and smooth, and the general meaning is accurate. The ultimate in aesthetic works
Good-looking, good-looking, good-looking, good-looking
Many reversals, very exciting. The ending is unexpected and reasonable. I found some pleasure in witnessing the self-destruction of a fallen soul.
