My Doctor Boyfriend's Shots Hurt Too

My mom is the head of the gynecology department.

She insisted on bringing her male physician apprentice to examine me.

“Whoever gets the benefit, gets the benefit. What difference does it make?”

With Mom playing matchmaker, one extremely awkward meeting turned into many more.

Not long afterward.

I picked up my phone, opened my chat with Zhou Yan, and typed out a message.

“Dr. Zhou, I don’t want to work hard anymore. I want a job that comes with housing and benefits.”

He replied instantly: “You can get one by marrying a PhD.”

My smile grew wider. “So how do I marry a PhD?”

“Just let me marry you.”
