China's Toughest Police Station Chief

In the early 1990s in Lin'an City, Lu Zhongmin, head of a local police station, was passionate about solving cases. Cheng Jianbo, deputy head of the criminal investigation team, unexpectedly fell out of favor and was passed over for promotion to team leader, much to everyone's surprise.
