Because of her health, Qiu Ruoyu misses out on much of school life. By the time she arrives, he has already become the school’s notorious troublemaker and heartthrob.
He sits behind her, watching her study hard every day. One day, while playing basketball, he accidentally injures her, and she stays home from school for a week. That’s when he realizes he has already fallen for her. He also knows it’s time to stop fooling around. In the end, he can’t hold back and confesses, only to discover that someone else has fallen for her, too.
In their second year of high school, when the students are divided into science and arts classes, he follows her into the science class. Just then, his childhood friend returns from abroad and ends up in their class. A few misunderstandings arise between them, but fortunately, they eventually clear things up.
Sadly, after college, they break up because one of them misunderstands and the other refuses to explain. This time, they have no friends to help them. When they meet again, three years have passed, and there’s a little girl by her side whose eyes and brows look just like his.
He begins his pursuit all over again, telling her how much he has missed her over the years.
