"Chong Miao" text/Fang Xianyi
The solar term that represents the beginning of summer is "Lixia". This issue's "cover story" "Insect Plot" comes from teacher Fang Xianyi. It tells the story of the "human-insect war" between a hunter team and a mutated giant locust that took place many years later in the Beginning of Summer.
The characters in the story always miss the past customs of Beginning of Summer.
So, what happened in the past many years in the story, and what were the customs of the Beginning of Summer in the past?

This "Science Fiction World·Youth Edition" is really rich in content! My child especially likes to read the stories in it, especially "Chong Miao", which reminds him of our experience of catching grasshoppers in the countryside when we were children. The book also mentions a lot of knowledge about civilization, which I think is very helpful for children's growth. Recommend it to your children too!
