I watched most of the first part in one go, but I watched it intermittently for two months at the end. The plot is very good. From the performance of Rostov, Andrei, and Pierre to the military camp, the characters are well portrayed. In the later period, the plot has ups and downs when Natasha elopes. Finally, when she marries Pierre, Rostov takes on the responsibility of the family. Good looking, recommended.
The characters in the book are full-bodied and the plot has ups and downs, which made me feel like I was in that era. Especially the thinking about war and peace is deeply inspiring. It reminds me of the sentence in "Anna Karenina": "Happy families are all alike, and every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way." This book, like "Anna Karenina", is a classic worth reading again and again.
