It reminds me of "War and Peace", which both describe the cruelty of war and the complexity of human nature. Zhukov's experience is also legendary. He grew from a poor shoemaker's son to a marshal of the Red Army. It is really amazing. I think this book is suitable for people who like history and war themes.
