The "Four Books" are must-read classics for those who study traditional Chinese culture. This book is different from other common forms of translation, annotation and word-for-word explanation of the "Four Books". It takes the "Four Books" and other Confucian classics as the center, and uses "Tao" as the link to comprehensively sort out and explain the "Dao of daily practice" contained in traditional Chinese culture, especially Confucianism. The book's comparison and analysis of ancient and modern, Chinese and Western, and differences between humans and animals are refreshing to read.

This book is really good! It does not explain word-for-word like other translation annotations, but focuses on "Tao" to sort out and elaborate on the "Dao of daily practice" in traditional Chinese culture. I especially like the comparison and analysis of ancient and modern times, China and the West, and the differences between humans and animals in the book, which is very insightful. However, I kind of hate characters who always stick to tradition and don't know how to adapt. Their behavior sometimes makes people really speechless. But this also made me understand more about the importance of "Tao" in traditional culture. All in all, this is a book that is of great benefit and worth reading!
It greatly broadens the horizons and subverts the original views. It is grand yet delicate. It feels like I have found a way to learn the truth of the Four Books.
Changing temperament, becoming extraordinary and becoming a saint, you can get clues, recommended
