Welcome to my work. I hope you enjoy it. The sweet, innocent Ruoxi and the roguishly handsome Gu Jiamu meet in high school and share their first kiss with each other, only to miss out on many years of each other's lives. When they meet again, Ruoxi has become the person she dreamed of being as a girl, while Gu Jiamu can no longer compete in the sport he loves, and his personality has changed drastically.
The happy, carefree Gu Jiamu of high school has become much more composed and calculating than his peers after his family goes through a drastic upheaval. But one thing hasn't changed: the girl in his memories. His feelings for her have only grown more certain.
Su Mo, a business tycoon like Gu Jiamu, meets Ruoxi while gaming online and has the advantage of being closer to her. After carefully planning several times, he arranges to meet her in person and begins pursuing her relentlessly.
Later, Gu Jiamu returns to the country while Ruoxi goes abroad, and the two are separated once more. This time, Gu Jiamu doesn't make Ruoxi wait.
In a foreign land, beneath the endless starry sky, Ruoxi slips into Gu Jiamu's arms. "Gu Jiamu, I don't want to wait anymore." Holding the girl in his arms a little tighter, Gu Jiamu gives a solemn nod. "Okay." But Ruoxi can't see that the man's eyes are unfathomably deep...
