Ultraman: A Rider Passing Through Leo's World

(Multiple female leads, canon couples broken up, and all the romantic storylines will be covered. The protagonist is the Emperor, and he'll have the powers of Ultraman, aliens, Armor Hero, and Kamen Rider. At first, he'll only have Kamen Rider powers, with Armor Hero and other tokusatsu powers coming later. The templates aren't about role-playing. They're incomplete at first, especially the templates provided by the System, which evolve and end up very different from the originals.)

Kusakabe Tendou, the protagonist, is an alien who transmigrates into the world of Ultraman Leo.

He unlocks the strongest template System, but in the Ultraman universe, he becomes a Kamen Rider instead. Does that really sound normal to you?
