Rabelais was an outstanding French novelist in the sixteenth century. "Giant" is a masterpiece that he devoted his whole life to. This is a satirical novel, with five parts in total, telling the miraculous deeds of two giant kings, Gao Canda and his son Pantagruel: Gao Canda's extraordinary birth; Pantagruel's adventures when he was studying in Paris; Pantagruel and Gao Canda's discussion of marriage issues; Pantagruel traveling across the ocean to search for the source of wisdom - the "Vase of God", and finally getting his wish.

I think the book "The Legend of Giants" is very interesting! It tells the miraculous deeds of the giant king. It is funny to read, but after careful review, you can find the serious thoughts contained in it. This reminds me of "Don Quixote", the protagonist is equally crazy and funny, but also has profound connotations. Just like my friends who pursue love, their experiences are also full of laughter and tears, making people feel the ups and downs of life. I think this is the charm of these works, allowing us to think about life while laughing.
