The Submission Experiment

Being bothered by that voice all the time makes me feel like I am going crazy. It turns out that everyone is like this, it depends on how everyone faces it. Maybe you can find the answer and get relief from this book

The author's experience is perfect. What life wants to bring us is beyond our imagination. All we have to do is surrender. When encountering difficulties, don't make decisions based on personal likes and dislikes. That is not the real me. Do what fate has arranged for us to do, because fate knows better than ourselves where we should go. Make the arrangements of fate with a calm and peaceful mind, and you will receive the generous rewards that fate gives you.

How can I explain clearly the great freedom that can be obtained by fully understanding that life has its own arrangement? Only personal experience can help you. At some point the struggle stops and there is only the deep peace that comes from surrendering to incomprehensible perfection. Eventually even the consciousness stops resisting and the heart is no longer closed. The joy, excitement, and freedom were too beautiful to give up. When you are ready to let go of yourself, life becomes your friend, teacher, and secret lover. When the path of life becomes your path, the noise stops and great peace comes. Be forever grateful for the journey of life...

It took me a long time to understand the meaning of this book. Surrender means living in the moment. When something happens, allow it to happen. Don't resist or fight with yourself. For example, if something very unhappy happens, you can completely allow yourself to be unhappy without restraint, but you can't do it just because you are unhappy. Keep your eyes on your emotions. Your eyes should stay on the present moment. What has happened is in the past, not you at this moment. What you should do at this moment is that this thing happened. What should you do? Then do what you should do at the moment and face it positively.

It's a magical book. When I was a child, I always felt that there were many different voices in my head, which made me very tangled and capricious. I once suspected that I was mentally ill. After reading this book, I really found many similarities with the author, such as surrendering to the present, observing the discovery of events with a bystander mentality, and actively coping without being overwhelmed by emotions. After a while, you will find that the things you were originally worried about have turned out to be good things. Life seems to have been secretly assisting you, setting up roadblocks. If you walk past them calmly, you will be rewarded. If you do not respond according to your heart, but follow the noise in your head, things will become complicated, and you may even have to do it all over again until you learn it. Finally, this book made me want to try meditation

I finally finished reading this book. At the end, I found that the author's inner world is really strong. There is a voice telling him to face it calmly, and the way things happen is really amazing. No one knows the outcome until the last moment. What we have to do is to surrender and face things as they happen. I believe there will be a turnaround. Come on, tomorrow~

A good book worthy of careful reading and practice. Surrender is not the same as accepting fate. It is the emotional clarity of accepting everything that happens, and the clear actions after acceptance. Staying in the present without confrontation, it really needs to be practiced 👍
