Gu Ruotong always died in different ways in her dreams. After unexpectedly saving herself, she transmigrated into the body of a frail young lady in ancient times. Having died over and over in excruciating agony, she swore she would do whatever it took to stay alive.
But in a turbulent era filled with powerful figures, what could a little nobody like her possibly do? Amid the clash of blades and arrows, her mother shoved her into a secret room. “Tongtong, be good and stay hidden. Don’t come out.” In the dark of night, a man gripped Gu Ruotong by the throat and whispered, “Who are you, really?” Amid a vast army, a man pulled her fiercely into his arms. “Don’t be afraid, Tongtong. I’m here!”...
She had thought that after getting bound to a System and receiving a golden finger, she could safely lie low and stay alive. So why had a little nobody like her been dragged into this battle for fame and fortune?
Ugh, that unlucky child of fortune, stay away from me! I can barely keep myself alive, so why should I have to protect you through this chaotic age until you die of old age?
This is the first book I have read in which the heroine travels through time because she successfully saves herself. Many of the plots are quite interesting and worth reading.
